1. Who we are

The responsible party is Lekker Content (legal entity and registration number TBC). Our Information Officer is TBC and can be reached at hello@lekkercontent.co.za.

2. What we collect

• Contact details (name, email, phone number)
• Business information (name, industry, brand colours, descriptions)
• Images, videos and logos you upload
• Payment confirmations. Card details are processed by Stripe and are never stored by us.

3. Why we collect it

To create and deliver your content, communicate with you, process your order, and meet our legal obligations.

4. Consent and image rights

When you upload material, you consent to us processing it to create your content, and you confirm that you own the material or have permission (including from any people pictured) to use it.

5. Storage and retention

Your files are kept in private storage. Raw uploads are deleted 90 days after your final batch is delivered. Finished content stays available for download for 12 months.

6. Cross-border transfers

Some content is produced with AI tools whose servers may be outside South Africa. We only use providers that offer adequate protection, as required by section 72 of POPIA.

7. Your rights

You may ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time.
