Terms of Service

1. The offer

Lekker Content sells once-off packages of social media content (static posts, carousels, reels, videos, captions and a posting calendar). Prices are in South African Rand (ZAR). We do not post on your behalf.

2. Delivery

The 100-Day Lekker plan is delivered in 3 batches: Batch 1 within 24 hours of submitting your completed onboarding, Batch 2 within 24 hours after Batch 1, and Batch 3 within 24 hours after Batch 2 (about 3 days in total). The 30-Day Starter is delivered in a single batch within 24 hours of submitting your onboarding.

3. Revisions

You get 1 revision round per batch covering up to 10 pieces. Brand or factual errors made by us are fixed free of charge.

4. Ownership

Once paid in full, you own the delivered content and may use it for any lawful purpose.

5. Refunds

All sales are final. Once payment is made, no refunds are given. You get one revision round per batch (up to 10 pieces), and brand or factual errors we make are always fixed free.

Attorney note: Check against CPA and ECTA s44 cooling-off rules before going live.

6. Acceptable use

You may not upload material you don't have rights to, or ask for content that is unlawful, misleading, hateful or infringes anyone else's rights.

7. Liability

To the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the package. We are not responsible for how platforms treat or rank your posts.
